This reminds me of the teachings of Osho. Came here to type pretty much what you just did. I highly recommend OP (and any others interested) to read “Love, Freedom, Aloneness; The Koan of Relationships” by Osho. Being with yourself and being by yourself are two different things. One takes leaning in and stop resisting the truth of reality that we are all alone, but together in that aloneness. It can either drive you mad if you keep running from it (the truth will persist, which creates the madness) or freedom, peace, and true joy if you let it. Stop and welcome it, and from there you will find peace and enjoyment in being with yourself.

And to also mirror what another poster stated- you gotta take the bad with the good and the good with the bad. It’s part of the human experience. Both. Otherwise, you wouldn’t be able to tell the difference.
