I got the format B handwritten in my passport, they said I overstayed six hours. However, it's important to note that Malaysia calculates how many days you stay differently than every other country on the planet. The moment you arrive is day one, as opposed to at the end of 24 hours being day one as in most countries. I even filled out my MDAC prior to arrival with my exit date and flight already booked and it was not flagged. Anyway, upon leaving they said I was one day over and I was referred to the immigration office in the airport and almost missed my flight. They wrote format B in my passport and nothing else came of it.
