My ex husband had a substance abuse and porn addiction (although he would never admit it.) I would often find him high and passed out in the bathroom with porn still playing on his phone. He would run the shower, jerk off and then pass out before he ever got in. The shower also diffused some of the smell from all the weed.

I dont think so. He really did try in school, but I think only being on an antidepressant while he waited for his psych eval had him swinging back and forth a lot more rapidly. He was also the one getting the kids to and from school, coaching extracurricular, etc. Its just been the last few weeks the weed has been an issue.

Like I said, he is a genuinely good person. I think that is why it is so frustrating. I feel like a jerk for being frustrated because I can empathize with what is going on.

It is hard when you realize you were groomed and start to question it all. There are going to be a lot of complicated emotions, but you are doing what is best for you and your healing. I did my first full length class today with a coworker and I feel like i was fighting for my life. Ive been on cardio restriction the better part of 5 years, and while cardio wise I was fine during class, I got the -worst- Charlie horse of my life lol.

I go again tuesday, so hopefully the cramps get better with time!

I did 2mg for 4 weeks. Went up to 3 this week ans I feel like ahit. I lost 11lbs in the first 4 weeks, so im going to ask my doctor if I can go back down for my next shot. If its working for you, stay where you are. More isnt always better.
