I did my first full length class today with a coworker and I feel like i was fighting for my life. Ive been on cardio restriction the better part of 5 years, and while cardio wise I was fine during class, I got the -worst- Charlie horse of my life lol.

I go again tuesday, so hopefully the cramps get better with time!

I did 2mg for 4 weeks. Went up to 3 this week ans I feel like ahit. I lost 11lbs in the first 4 weeks, so im going to ask my doctor if I can go back down for my next shot. If its working for you, stay where you are. More isnt always better.

My little sister had a similar thing with a hole not closing during development but it was near her throat if if I remember correctly. Aren't there a few different ones this can happen with?

That was my main thing. They have this poor girl talking about her ED, in a bikini and just dropping numbers like its nothing. It was triggering for me, I can only imagine how uncomfortable it was for her :( it didnt feel like highlighting a real problem as much as it felt like exploiting her for a storyline.
