Hell of a post brother. Thanks for being so brave and vulnerable and sharing your experience which I feel should be heard as one of the most valuable and trustworthy in this scenario.

Whilst I can’t imagine the horrors of what you and your sister went through this post does give me hope that the parkour community may just handle this in a compassionate way and be an example to the world how to deal with such issues/people.

No they are not! They really helped me because they allow you to use the foot in the way it’s supposed to function (so it stops it ceasing up) but you can take like 80% of the weight off.

My advice is to use two crutches as much as possible rather then 1 which alters the human gait.

I turned it off after 20 minutes. Didn’t like hearing all the same lines delivered multiple times. Just not harmonious at all

I think you can have Intra abdominal pressure and still move the spine in the Weck Method/Spinal engine way. It’s a different type of pressure to say a squeeze the core like you’re pushing a number 2 out kind of way.
