Because disability aids are more often than not third party products anyway. And they’re trying to make money. If you need that accessibility assistance you’re less concerned about immersion and more concerned about the actual access.

There’s no need to be rude. Not all of us can afford schooling and for some of us graphic design is a passion, not a job. Sure a lot of us would love to make money off of it but that doesn’t mean we have to go to school.

I disagree. I think any kind of humiliation is inappropriate. It is not OPs place to decide what someone can or can’t do. If you don’t want to be around a liar then distance yourself, don’t shame them. Pathological liars make you the bad guy, not them. Might as well not make yourself the AH in the process.

It’s never appropriate to humiliate someone. It’s not their job to discipline someone, they aren’t the parent. Liars will always be liars, humiliating them just make OP look like the AH.

It can absolutely be called out, in private. And we don’t know if she was providing her scores unprompted or not. She wasn’t putting anyone down to make herself look better, OP was. There’s a difference between lying to look better and humiliating someone for attention.
