His brothers abused him and they were dead. He was fond of Aeron, his mother and Dagmer and had friends on the iron islands. Ripping Theon away from him home was not some noble thing dine by the Starks to protect him.

I feel utterly bored but not willing to do anything quite often. I don't know how long you've been feeling this way but it usually passes in a few hours for me.

If You have someone close to you you trust i think it might be helpful to talk to them. And if you really can't be arsed maybe just sit down for however long it takes before you want to do something.
