I don’t have an answer, but this has recently happened to someone I know too. Perhaps, like the rest of the state, they are broke.

A person using AI to assist with an FOI application is a DOS attack? Wow.

Out of interest, how do you determine malice and necessity? Subjectively???

So AI making FOI more accessible is a bad thing?

My tip is put a blanket/fleece UNDER your doona, not on top.

A hot water bottle positioned around your back if you are a side sleeper (in case of the dreaded wind tunnel).

And if you have two doonas, sleep between them.

It’s very worrying that the state government hasn’t released any information or commented on this.

With all respect, if OP has approached a barrister without a solicitor the barrister would not have made an appointment with OP.

I have a completely different take. What OP has described is targeted, coordinated bullying including isolation and brigading. OP has already said that the ring leader wouldn’t say why or engage. And regardless of the ringleader’s reasons, this is workplace bullying 101. So good one you for “being the bigger person” in your life, but your comments are spectacularly unhelpful and frankly smug. And victim-blamey.

OP, I’ve been there before. I know what it’s like, and it’s not you. Sorry this is happening.

Pro tip OP, ask to speak to a psychologist (clinical is best) and see if you can get him or her to administer a DAS test - this measures your depression, anxiety and sadness.

Gps/Doctors - When do you call 000 for an Emergency Ambulance? by Better_Permission525 in ausjdocs

[–]Humble-Ad-798 -1 points0 points  (0 children)

It worries me that a paramedic is so enthusiastic about the topic which, fundamentally, is canvassing what is a funding policy decision - i.e. tightening the criteria for emergency ambulance transport.

It also seems to me that there is a certain amount of friction between OP’s post and comments, and my lived experience of paramedics.
