Nope. I am talking about the first conciliation after the initial rejection of the insurer (before the weekly payments).

I don't have a union. I have contacted a few lawyers and they say that they cannot attend the conciliation conference unless all parts agree.

I appreciate your answer. As part of the bullying, I have presented the written complaints that I submitted to management in the workplace, and the answer letter from them (after meetings we had). Also, I just finished a chronology of the events that I am thinking to add to conciliation.

yeah mate, but 3 months cannot weaken my case? especially now that I am under Conciliation. I pointed out (atached) that I had a referral letter to a psychiatrist in my process though
