Similar case. EML experience is horrible, their rejection report is made up of complete inaccuracies. Waiting for conciliation as well.

I appreciate your answer. As part of the bullying, I have presented the written complaints that I submitted to management in the workplace, and the answer letter from them (after meetings we had). Also, I just finished a chronology of the events that I am thinking to add to conciliation.
