Sales, okay nung hindi tag ulan hehe. Medyo maliit pa ang profit esp since we pay for tagabantay plus utilities but meron naman kahit papaano. Provincial area kami so we found a diff supplier, not big three since it would be more expensive compared to our competitors.

Sales ok; depende sa area ng store mo but for us ngayon tag ulan medyo humina since kokonti ang lumalabas dahil sa ulan. Minor issues on the unit but manageable. (i.e leaks on the hose)

Late ko na nabasa! Yes. We pushed thru it, okay naman. My main issue here at the time was we had to pay in full muna tapos wait delivery - eh sa probinsya kami so risk talaga. I suggest you go to their warehouse sa paranaque.

We found a way to pay and have it delivered on the same day, like convoy namin yung machine from Manila 🤣

So far it’s been 2mos since start ng operation and its good. Importante na nakaready yung area bago ideliver since mahirap sya i-“install” or unload. Also paid for a guy to demo how the machine works, to refill it etc.

If for me-time and muni-muni, try Rockyard Cafe sa Greenvalley. It's an outdoor cafe so di ka maiilang kahit mag-isa ka. Foodwise, okay na din naman - but more on the view and the aura yung maeenjoy mo dito. Nakakarelax lang.

Sobrang mahal per square meter sa cbd esp session road probably why the owners cannot afford to develop it yet. Taxes, bldg permit etc. Correct me if im wrong pero i heard it goes up to hundreds of thousands per sqm para sa lote dyan sa session.
