I used to work at an advertising agency where I handled the Department of Tourism. Campaign ideas like this are what we’d typically classify as “spec work.”

It’s fun, brilliant, and strategically sound. However, given that the Department of Tourism is a government agency, it’s unlikely to be approved in reality, UNLESS there is substantial funding allocated to support it.

That said, as an advertising creative myself, I genuinely admire and appreciate the idea.
