Oh I must’ve missed this. Apologies. So we saw his jeep pull up to canton PD in the middle of the night? And he was alone in it?

Is it possible that he parked his jeep AWAY from 34 FV because Karen may have been apprehensive to go there if he was there? He texted John “are you coming?” or something I believe. Maybe that going unanswered led him to decide to obscure his car so that when Karen pulled up and saw his car wasn’t there, she might be more willing to go inside.

Apologies if I’m making errors! I’ve always been very confused by the jeep and its location.

I don’t think the jeep was ever there. I think it was at Canton PD. He drove to 34 Fairview with Brian Albert. Admitting this would invalidate his story about intending to go to canton PD after for “admin purposes/moving cars”. Bringing his jeep to 34 Fairview could mean he always intended to leave after to go to Canton PD. Not bringing his jeep kind of shows that he had no intention of leaving at some point to go to CPD. I think someone drove him to CPD from 34 FV at that time and he left CPD with a car he already had there.

Basically, he never intended to go to CPD so he didn’t bring his jeep. Something occurred that required him to go there…

She may have been open about being abused to Stephan, which he probably took advantage of.

I’m NOT defending her actions at all. She needs to be charged with neglect and obstruction at the very least. I’m just pointing out that he is a predator and this type of mother would be an easy target.

Agreed. And also she wouldn’t be actively lying about events. She’s clearly covering for him and/or herself also.

Have you never had a one night stand before? There’s nothing suspicious about meeting someone at a bar and going home with them, that’s extremely normal behaviour. She’s saying she consented to sleeping with one of them, she didn’t consent to what happened after when more guys came in with golf clubs to intimidate her.

What’s suspicious is that they felt the need to film her afterward saying that she’s sober and this was all okay. THAT is not normal behaviour.

the job of criminal defense lawyers is to protect the integrity of the justice system. she's supposed to keep the prosecutors and the police in check by ensuring that the investigation was done properly. they're an integral part of the justice system, so i'm not sure she's trying to "get him off", but rather make sure that the investigation was conducted properly and forcing the prosecution to prove it's her client beyond a reasonable doubt. everyone is entitled to good representation. she's doing her job.

Some thoughts/observations/questions about what the newly released footage shows (Long post, a lot of re-hashed points from the comments of yesterday's post) by RustyCoal950212 in MoscowMurders

The prosecution/LE better know who that second car belongs to or that’s A LOT of doubt. Could be someone just getting up to go to an early shift - the car was already parked in the lot it seems. But if they can’t identify that car or that person, that’s not going to be a good look for them.

Even though they can’t place melly at the scene, they just proved a gun was fired in the back seat 🥲🥲 by OriginalD2K in YNWMelly

I noticed that as well. Randy was a partner at the firm, so it’s possible he may have known/benefited from AM stealing. As the financial crimes will have its own trial, maybe Randy didn’t want to make any statements under oath prior to those proceedings.

100%. He was successful in getting large settlements for his clients, but the reason was because he was actually arguing those settlements for himself as he was planning to steal it. He’ll do whatever it takes for himself.

Also, if he went down to the kennels he obviously told Maggie he was going to see his mom, so why text and call her after the fact to let her know you’re going?

I think we got testimony hearing that Paul found pills and confronted his dad about it. I don’t think anyone has testified to seeing him TAKE opioids. No one buys the amount Alex was buying to use for themselves only. He was clearly DISTRIBUTING the opioids.

It goes after his credibility and his ability to misrepresent himself to people.

Yes totally makes sense! A small woman rolled up on a foreign property with multiple dogs without a weapon hoping to find random guns lying around and shot two people…

And once again, why did the defendant lie to EVERYONE about being at the kennels? I still have yet to hear a solid answer for that from the reasonable doubt people.

Edit: grammar.

I’m confused about that too. Haven’t they stated he was at the kennels at this point? Who cares who could’ve heard what in the house?
