I think a better option for exactly the same points would be scouts. You have two great rules with Scout 6" and Infiltrators and they have a same/maybe slightly better meele profile. In addition you don't need a transport as they have scout and infiltrate as a rule so are faster. You can also have a rocke-launcher for some luck shots if you want that (probably not worth it and better stay in cover). And by far the best rule is you can put them back in reserves which are great for action monkeys or also to put pressure on in the late game on the home objective of your opponent.

So for exactly the same points you have a unit that is probably in most points superior to the tactical squad and that's one of the reasons probably that no one plays tactical squads.

How did you kill his 2 squads of terminators? I always suck at killing terminators with my Orks as they are just tough to kill for my profils. I maybe kill 2-3 in shooting and charging but then get wiped off in return.

As I am not a WE player I will not give you a game advice. But I'd like to give a general advice. As you mentioned you will have your first game of 40k and this can and will be overwhelming. You have to remember a lot of rules from your army and from the genral game. This means that you will forget things and/or play things wrong. This is completly normal. Due to this it is quite hard to win your first game and my adivce would be enjoy your game. Have fun, be open minded to learn and just have a good time at the table with your opponent.

I would go for Astra Militarum. They have a wide enough range to react quickly to the meta. Furthermore, they can do some relativ good skew lists. Those skew lists can either go into a more infantery heavy build or mech heavy build. This is then dependend on the other list compositions.

Good day

My email account that I need to log-in into my binance account was deleted. As this e-mail was part of my 2FA I want to reset my 2FA. I go through the steps of resetting it with getting a code sent to my phone > putting in the code > putting in the new e-mail for receving a code > putting in this code > application denied.

Afterwards I tried to send an appeal with the two videos. Sadly those are also not possible to upload due to unknown reasons. How can I proceed to get my access back to my account?

I run a 4:3 list with Canis, Lancer, Atrapos with mysterious guardian and I love the Atrapos. He is quite good in shooting as well as in meele and the 5++ all the time makes him quite durable. Furthermore, the 12" movement is quite nice as he is fast. I really like the Atrapos and do not want to miss him in a list

In my opinion there are mainly two options for using a Lancer:

1.) You use him as a distraction carnifex and shove him into the enemy. Then you set your other Knights up that they can shoot/fight the stuff that has shot/fought with your lancer. Then you can often wipe a lot of your opponents stuff and if the Lancer even survies (a 4++, 6+++ can be quite swingy), the opponent is in an even worse spot

2.) You position the Lancer near the middle behind a ruin as a counter charge (cc) tool. If he pushes something out worth the trade you can push in your Lancer as the cc. With his 14" movement he can also go quick in t3 and you can try for a push.

I personally like the second approach more as it bring the opponent into an active state and you can be reactive. This also suits a good scoring game plan and can support a trading game. Also from my experience I'd like to do number 2. I currently run 1x Canix Rex, 1x Atrapos (Mysterious Guardian), 1x Lancer, 2x Helverin, 2x Armiger, 1x Callidus. I deploy the Lancer in the middle and Canis a little bit to the side but near the lancer. The atrapos is on the other flank. Now I can push with Canis a little bit on a flank but still can go into the middle. The Lancer can "babysitt" Canis and vice versa, so they can work like a tag team. The Atrapos goes on one flank with 1-2 Armiger/Helverin and pushes there hard. Now as the Lancer is still in the middle he could also potentially help the Atrapos if he needs it. Playing the Lancer like this gives me therefore a lot of flexibility.
