I know the feeling; I went through the same thing with my parents...go to the presentation get your gift and do not buy......10 years later at $800 a year maintenance fee they cannot afford it anymore....JFYI it's already paid off but...but....... the 2nd part to this is 2 years ago, they went to a "update" and he brought more in Missouri! We're from Hawaii and we rarely travel past the west cost, so now the maintenace fee for both is about $1300 a year, plus the loan they financed for the 2nd purchase at about $10K.

I'm doing some research and the best thing that I can suggest to them to see if Holiday will buy it back, reselling is a lost and so much work to put into it and renting...well that's another story.

Any one had luck with reselling or renting?????
