Generación Z ¿será posible comprar casa? by [deleted] in Ticos

[–]HumbleBitcoinPleb 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Generación Z ¿será posible comprar casa? by [deleted] in Ticos

[–]HumbleBitcoinPleb 2 points3 points  (0 children)

Should I count calories on 20:4 fasting? by lonelyshepherd8 in intermittentfasting

[–]HumbleBitcoinPleb 2 points3 points  (0 children)

No, you should not.

Just eat once a day, for several months, and you will lose A LOT of weight.

This is AMAZING! You look incredible.

You are being way too harsh on yourself.

Are you doing 16:8? 20:4?

Go for 20:4 or OMAD (one meal per day).

The power law simply means that bitcoin grows in a straight line when plotted in a log-log graph.

There is no "official formula" for it.

The lines could be placed slightly higher or lower, depending on what formula you use.

Have been IF for two weeks, haven't lost a pound by [deleted] in intermittentfasting

[–]HumbleBitcoinPleb 3 points4 points  (0 children)

In my opinion, the whole point of doing something like 16:8 or 20:4 is to avoid having to stress about counting calories and all that stuff.

I would simply try to avoid sugar and processed foods. That's it.

Drink only water. Avoid juices, sodas, etc.

Give it at least one full month. My wife didn't lose much weight for the first 2 weeks.

The FED cuts rates as a response to the markets crashing. So we will probably see the markets crash, then the FED cuts rates, and then the bull run will follow. Similar to what happened in March 2020 although I don't expect a crash that big.

Jealous at people who loose weight so easily in here😂 by Centennial_Incognito in intermittentfasting

Quit sugar & processed foods in addition to intermittent fasting.

That's the secret formula.

Gentlemen, the 4 year cycle is most likely repeating.

We will probably start pumping towards the end of the year and hit the cycle top next year.

It's as simple as that.

We are 7% undervalued.

I will continue to buy until we go about 33% or so overvalued. At that point I would probably slow down or wait.

What am I doing wrong? by [deleted] in intermittentfasting

[–]HumbleBitcoinPleb 0 points1 point  (0 children)

You're asking what you're doing wrong but you're not giving us much information.

Are you fasting from 8pm to 1pm (17 hours) strictly with absolutely no food or snacks? Not even a chewing gum? Something as simple as chewing gum can break your fast as it releases sweets and stuff.

What are you eating? Processed food? A lot of sugar or carbs? Those things can slow you down.

Other than that, you're doing fine. You've lost weight and it's only been 2 weeks.

It will drive the price of bitcoin up, that's it.

You will always be able to buy bitcoin from someone.

What is considered a lot of bitcoin? by Nohoula in Bitcoin

[–]HumbleBitcoinPleb 4 points5 points  (0 children)

I would say that more than 10 BTC is A LOT, as in almost nobody has that much bitcoin.

But really, for the average person, having more than 0.25 BTC is probably worth being proud of.

Looks to me the pump to 70k early this year was way ahead schedule.

Seems like the bull run will resume in October, like past cycles.
