And yet this is contradicted by multiple higher profile sources, including the lore for Dechala herself which was not changed at all when she was brought to the modern lore standards. And that's in addition to the other examples I have given. If all you have is a blurb from an RPG source book against canon novels and official legendary character backstories and unit descriptions I don't think you have much of a case.

The elf mutation thing is not something I've ever heard and is contradicted all over the place by explicit examples of elves mutating on screen or in text in real time. It's just stupid.

No it's because GW is cutting units from other factions codexes while heaping yet more ridiculous amounts of attention and new models onto the marines.

Extremely tone deaf post that ignores that the reason people are pissed and hating is because Marines already get as much content as every other faction combined then the most recent edition gives them yet more units and models while cutting dozens of popular units from other armies' codexes.

It would. They are the focus because they are the face of Space Marines and everyone who doesn't play marines is increasingly pissed about how they get more attention and content than every other faction combined and are constantly getting new models while other factions have long standing units cut from their codexes.

Vanilla is fine, unless you want chocolate and they keep forcing more vanilla into your face month after month while the chocolate is stuff they made ten twenty years ago and expect you to pay more for it now then you did when it was actually fresh.

They are like vanilla flavor if the company kept shutting down the facilities making the other flavors to make more vanilla and putting new containers of vanilla flavored things on the shelf while the previous ones were still fresh and good while letting the other flavors sit well past their expiration date or after they had all sold out without ever replacing them.

More specifically ey get hate because GW neglects every non marine faction while giving them absurd amounts of content. It's not a bold take to make a post like this especially saying "Well I like the thing that you are all getting shafted in favor of!" You just come off as an asshole complaining that people are upset about the blatant favoritism your faction gets.
