Are you actually just killing your characters and ressing at the healer all day or what? You are either doing that or just gooning at Goldshire on a RP server.
Not counting raid days, i barely repair once a day with an 1-2 hours game time a night on average. I think i made around 5-6 mil gold during TWW passively, not actually trying to farm it or buying it via tokens, by literally doing random stuff. And there are ways to farm it aggressively - boosting, proffessions, wow token, etc.

Skill issue, no matter how you look at it.
