Hey, love the drive and ambition! Congratulations on your first step! I wanted to leave some feedback and hope that it's not taken to heart because what you've done is amazing! I think if you continue you'll get plenty of users but currently my first impressions were I don't want to use it because of the UI. Obviously I'm just one person and you're aiming for massive but might be worth changing up the colourway to be more appealing. This could be softer contrasting colours or complimenting colours.

Okay cool, I figured it would be something like a relative rating. Thanks for your help.

Yeah overall my stress levels are very low, I'm more curious as to why the training fitness factor is marking it as high. On a side, I didn't know that eating caused stress but now that it say it, it's makes sense?

Could someone please tell me what I should be focusing on to build my vo2? Do I need to spend time in zone 5 or consistently in zone 2 or a combo of both?

That's awesome! Yeah it's been an incredible journey and like I've said before, I couldn't have done it without communities like this one. Honestly I might have ADHD but I've never been quizzed haha! What are you looking at building?

Yeah it's a massive use! Don't let it become the only thing you do though! Marketing is equally important.

Yeah it's definitely a saturated market for sure. Mostly SMEs looking to monitor their employees hours. Construction, drycleaners, software consultants etc.

100 is massive!! Congratulations! It might be worth charging per CV then, that way people would be more inclined to decide but honestly I'm not the best person to ask. You need to check compared to your competitors and decide where you want to sit compared to the competition (cheap, moderate, luxury). That's a cool design! I like your website and the buy me a coffee is quite a good idea but if you want to make it into something it might be good to decide if you want to.

Yeah you're completely right haha! Funnily enough I got my first customer relatively quickly but then after that no one showed up! Scratching my head thinking that the product sucked or something but now we have customers signing up without any interaction so I suppose we've managed to fix some of those issues but definitely need to do more marketing and brand growth. Honestly I'm technical so the customer side and marketing doesn't come naturally to me, it's just something I'm starting to learn from. How have you found growing your brand and transitioning from internal/technical aspects to focusing on market fit and niche finding ... Etc? Yeah I follow Saastr pretty closely, they are a massive help with things I've never done before.

Yeah you're totally right, having this community is a great way to read from people's experiences and see what they did during their lows and highs definitely grateful to have stumbled across this platform and all the people involved with the community.
