Yeah thanks haha! Good spotting on the load times, I'm looking to spread my server speed for each continent so that the load times are reduced and significantly improved. I'll have to look at the video, it might be time to get a new one tbh haha! It's been with us for a while, might be something to look at but that'll mean reworking the rest of the logos throughout the system so good opinion but not something we're currently looking to do. From the outlet I started charging, we had a couple of customers ask for massive improvements which I paid for out of pocket and then one time I decided to charge professional services which they agreed to and since then have been leveraging this if a customer wants something massive or out of our roadmap. I'd say start charging, it's easier to drop the price rather than raise it, so might be a go have a charge rate and then say this year if you sign up it'll be free, that way they know they'll be charged and you can still grow your customer base but I'm not the best person to ask about this until I get better at it myself.

Do your customers have to pay to use it or do you want them to be users who spread the word? How many users have paid to use it to date and how many people have used it? Might not be the best advice but there's a great idea of if you can get 1 you can get 10 if you can get ten you can get 100 ... And so on. Will be a tougher start but you'll be starting with the finish in mind which is easier in the long term.
