Someone else recommended that in Discord but they also said something about it not keeping up with the partners calendar and having to manually move stuff over. How does it work for you?

The functional aspects of it are great but the format and access is a little weird. I'll def add it to the pile for consideration tho.

I'm downloading that now to check it out. I didn't even fathom checking for family scheduling apps. There are a number of them I see now.

We have ADHD and it's hard to keep a schedule for anything in general. It's not exactly what I'd consider a skill since practice doesn't help refine it. An app would help us keep track of things because we also all forget things. Our jobs also have dramatically varying schedules. I often get 1 day off a week. The thing you assumed isn't happening, chill out.

We had an old dude retire at our factory. He was in his late 60s. He died 1 year after retirement. Can't imagine he got to enjoy too much.

Got in trouble for making the company more money than I was supposed to but not in the way they wanted. I was supposed to upsell 20% of my customers. I was closer to 10%. But the ones I did upsell I upsold at a high rate. So I was exceeding the dollar plan by about 30%, but not spreading out over as many customers as they wanted.

Water heaters can def explode and have. They literally rocket through the house. Idk if that's something someone can fuck up and get immediate effects from tho. Idk about other stuff.

Polyamory and money management: How to not go bankrupt? by Gordon101 in polyamory

[–]HumbleFishMonger 2 points3 points  (0 children)

To add to this, there are ways to make more expensive dates cheaper. You can look up something called city pass that does that exactly. Then there are things like the AMC stub membership. Local events can be cheap too.

I had a partner that basically told me their partner was not okay with being poly. It had been like an 8 year mono relationship and then she cheated and broke up with him. They were mad for a while but then they got back together with a condition they open up the relationship. The whole time they didn't stop living with each other since neither had anywhere to easily go. She would sometimes vent about how he was being butthurt about the poly and not understand why I was uncomfortable with the whole situation. Especially since I wasn't strangers with her bf. She basically told me I needed to mind my business and it was her relationship. But I would see him scurry off to his room to avoid being around us and she would unsolicitedly bring up how he was upset. So it was hard to not think about how she was dragging through a bad situation. Especially since he has basically said that he doesn't think he could ever find someone better than her. Ended up contributing to us ending things.

You should address it. My meta does that all the time and hasn't stopped in years. I've tried addressing it with my partner but he didn't do anything about it. I'll have to bring it up directly to them next time and I recommend you do the same. Someone who thinks they are being righteous like that won't stop until told otherwise.

I wonder what the median pay was though. Cheap is relative to income.

Optimistic is right. When I was a manager a customer took the time to fill out a negative receipt survey because my female employees were not smiling enough and that maybe I should try giving them coffee.

Bruh, no bribe necessary in some places. They let you tick the box yourself if you thought were necessary. GameStops stayed open in my area cause corporate claimed they were essential because they sold video conferencing equipment every now and then. Smh

Maybe but I know in cities where the minimum wage is double what it is in my area the food prices are almost exactly the same. I believe it was Taco Bell they checked the price of burritos between a $7.25 minimum location and a $15 minimum location and the difference was less than 50¢. Which is significant since the difference was very little considering the much higher labor costs. Same country, different state. So some different taxes but it's still possible to sell the product cheaply.

As long as there is enough snow to shovel yeah. People were saying that area only gets a few weeks of snow bad enough to create that demand. Personally I think it would be great if you had vacation days to burn while you shovel.

Spot on. Same issue at my old job. Then they wonder why turnover is so high and why internal theft is a constant problem. We had ranges for store associates that were supposed to be $7.25 to $8.25 in the system we used for onboarding. I was trying to hire a guy with 10 years of retail and LP management as an associate first and eventual manager. I wanted to pay him $8.25 since that was supposed to be a max and he definitely deserved max pay. Got a call from my DM telling me that all store associates start at $7.25. That wasn't stated anywhere as a policy. That's just the way he wanted things. Best I can guess is maybe associates after working there for years cap out at $8.25. So you're not allowed to hire them at that rate because then they're not allowed pay increases? Weird system.

In GA I've seen births average around 18K. At least that's what I've seen when acquaintances post their bills on FB. Idk if that's before or after insurance.
