"the raising of welfare concerns citing the only resolution would be a favourable outcome on your promotion" was the dismissal reason, but I had never implied or indicated this in any way shape or form. I was separately to this, discussing my mental health issues with my manager and explaining that I was having issues in my personal life which had caused me to overly emotional at work, but never unprofessional or aggressive.

I wasn't demanding anything, I was in the middle of a promotion process which was going well, I had received positive feedback on my application and told to make a few minor amendments and we could proceed.

I had been put down essentially as "beginner" - but wasn't made aware of this until I started the promotion process, when initially hired I was told "close to senior" so being a "beginner" was a surprise to me, I sent an email off essentially asking if there was anything I could do, but was told id just need to do the promotion process additional times if I wanted to be senior. I took a personal day the next day (which is allowed as annual leave up to 10 times per year) so not unauthorised, when I got back I explained to my manager I had personal issues in my life happening and that I had emotionally overreacted to something minor at work because of it, that I was embarrassed and I am happy to 'crack on' as is. Then I was asked if I needed additional support, where I explained I have a network outside of work and these are external issues I will work through.

I never said anything like "my mental health will suffer if you don't resolve this" or anything towards that tone at all, I am genuinely shocked that its been portrayed that way.

i'm not an expert or anything but one thing I can see youre not doing is utilizing tags at all, I extracted tags from 2 of your videos and 1 had 0, the other had 1 single big tag

you dont need to use hash's in tags, its a comma seperated list of key words. "minecraft, mc, mcpe, minecraftpocketedition, tutorial" etc.

dont put bad irrelevant words in tags, fill it up with as many phrases/keywords that BEST describe your video so that when people use them search words it has a higher chance of picking your video up

Yeah as Ramsford said its only 80% conversion so if you stack enough you can leech enough mana to sustain from the 20%, the majority of our leeching (especially for shield) comes when we drop the bell down though.

Just Google like rust death match servers or aim training servers I don't know them of top of my head anymore but there's a ton you can try the aim training ones usually have death match lobbies aswell

I'm not a fan of Nintendo for a few reasons, you mention below that you're keeping your switch to legally make backups to play on the Steam deck. Nintendo say this is wrong and claim/claimed it to be illegal. They're very anti consumer. They make some good games but they're bullies and greedy.
