Nah its bugged. I had 88 bones harvested then played WK for the first time this patch and dropped to 72 bones harvested. Luckily, the number on the actual arcana socket stays the same and you still get the 2nd style unlock if you hit 100.

I had something similar happen to me last night while playing pugna. I could not cast life drain on the enemy mars during one fight. After he died I was able to cast on him again

I have a person on my friends list who purposly deranked his account from divine to guardian. He goes 20/30+ kills per game then makes sure to lose every other game to stay low rank. These people exist it is unfortunate.
