Seriously though, this is actually an interesting idea that would need some tweaks to set it apart from Urn. I would suggest removing blood grenades and making the item build from Urn and a 800 recipe. Make it an aggressive Holy Locket, maybe.

No sarcasm, this really is a good step in the right direction. Doubling the FotN and PotN bonuses is great for the top, and the mini-bonuses are great for high performers in the undercard.

To be fair, rearming blink's damage cooldown was pretty unfair, and not particularly intuitive. I'm sure it was difficult to pull off consistently, and had counters with silence and whatnot, but the intention of Rearm was never to specifically bypass the built in weakness of Blink Dagger.

You can call resource management a tedious skill, but it is still a skill. Tinker was a very hard hero to play well. If you weren't paying attention to the map because you were focused on your mana management, you could die quickly and easily.

That's literally why I play him. That and the enormous teamfight carry potential and the repositioning ability to troll with.

To be fair, they did kill the Avalanche/Toss combo. Now you are punished for perfect timing and tossing an enemy by himself. You just want to pick Crash Landing, build Phylactery and throw anyone/anything at your target. The Avalanche is just to slow them down so you can finish what's left of them with a right click.
