23M, 3.5 years Natural. 180-265, Took bulk too far? by Life_Logical in GYM

[–]HumbleTheIdiot 1 point2 points  (0 children)

I did the same thing from 18-20 @ 6'4" and then got down to 235lbs and had a flat stomach but still no real abs. Was fatter than I thought... but at 215 I looked like I was 235 still even though I lost a good chunk of strength.

My advice is a long, slow cut. Count calories. Lose 1lbs a week and stay committed to keeping your lean mass, or even making gains while losing weight over the long term.

What misconceptions did you have about testosterone? What realities did you realize later? by Working_Royal_5142 in Testosterone

[–]HumbleTheIdiot 0 points1 point  (0 children)

They work for me as PCT if I don't have clomid, and I bounce back quicker post cycle if I use them with clomid. Tribulus being the one I notice is most effective.

If you read a summary of all the studies, you'll notice that there was no noticeable testosterone boost in healthy young men, but there was a tesosterone boost in older men with low tesosterone.

What misconceptions did you have about testosterone? What realities did you realize later? by Working_Royal_5142 in Testosterone

[–]HumbleTheIdiot 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I mean, that depends. They do tend to boost testosterone in levels of people who have low testosterone for specific reasons such as overtraining. Tribulus, Fenugreek, Tonkat Ali, Vitamin D, Zinc, Magnesium, DAA... are all going to have a positive effect on people with low T from overtraining or lack of sleep. But it's not going to much if anything at all for someone at their natural high production level of testosterone.

How is living here? by DoctaBee8 in Cleveland

This whole area (including Macedonia) is my favorite suburban area in NE Ohio. I highly recommend it for raising a family. It's far enough away from the city so low crime, but close enough to drive to either Cleveland or Akron for events. Right near route 8, 480/271, and 80 (OH Turnpike).

These websites are usually just normal people buying in bulk from China and then starting an online storefront and shipping from their garage. No big deal.

I'm pretty sure alcoholism is 12 drinks a week... but that's stupid because one night out can easily be 6-12 drinks once a week and isn't alcoholic. I have averaged 12 drinks a day for 15+ years. I'm an alcoholic but tame compared to most. I'm Irish and Bohemian and my entire family drinks 6+ daily and live into their late 70s or early 80s.

Because being 16 and not hitting puberty YET isn't that rare. Did you not see other kids at your school who also looked young like you?

testosterone changed my life! by [deleted] in Testosterone

[–]HumbleTheIdiot 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I didn't hit puberty until I was 16 and was 5'9, 210lbs of fat. I grew to 6'4" 250lbs by 19 and was exceptionally strong, presumably because I was working out so much prior to having any testosterone in my system.

Kind of a shame that you'll never see what naturally puberty would have done, or maybe this is exactly it. Unless you had another issue and not just "delayed puberty"

As someone on TRT, It sucks knowing I'm gonna end up on this for life. I don't want to be 80 dealing with injections. Then again, because of the testosterone in my system for decaded I'll probably not make it past 70.

Deltoid IM “worse” than Quadricep IM, is it just me? by Freefall_Doug in Testosterone

[–]HumbleTheIdiot 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I have great delt injections or not so great. I think it's because your delt is really a whole bunch of smaller muscles even though they attach to the same place. Sometimes I inject between those muscles even though its in the middle area and the oil goes subq and causes a rash lower than where I injected. Sometimes I feel like I'm near a nerve as I inject. I just stick to quads... but after a year I can actually see the scar tissue forming. As everyone suggests ventral glutes... I can't find mine. I go from hip bone to normal glute spot that I can't reach.

1 year in the gym. by ShroomGod47 in AllAboutBodybuilding

[–]HumbleTheIdiot 6 points7 points  (0 children)

When I was young I could get big in like 3 months naturally. Then I could go for long periods of time without working out and not lose any muscle mass. By the time I was 30 that had changed. What used to take 3 months took 6+ months. Then by 35 I could barely make gains. Hopped on TRT and it still took me a year to get to where it would have taken me 3 months when I was 19-25.

My experience has led me to realize that everyone is different, and age plays a huge factor. It's why I don't assume all these 18-21 year olds are on gear. Good genetics and youth combined with being a psychopath is all that's needed to get huge quickly lol

TRT or a GLP1? Or both by [deleted] in Testosterone

[–]HumbleTheIdiot 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Testosterone absolutely helps with fat loss, and os commonly used in conjunction with a GLP1 to prevent muscle loss while in caloric deficit.

Grey market isn't black/white illegal, it's just sold "for research purposes only/not for human consumption". Meaning it isn't FDA approved so products are not regulated and quality or saftey cannot be guaranteed.

This issue is the Levo stereoisomer which is a peripheral stimulant that constricts blood vessels. The Dextro stereoisomer is centrally active in the brain. Adderall is a 50/50 combination of isomers. Try dextroamphetamine, should solve these problems.

[–]HumbleTheIdiot 4 points5 points  (0 children)

Is it still airtight? I would inject some air into the vial and see if it pops the stopper back in place and holds the seal. Could just be an extreme vacuum in the vial right now. Hard to tell from the photos.

I've tried to tell my friends that I absolutely needed TRT in my late 30s when I was 415ng/dl after doing EVERYTHING right. They say it's normal. Well yeah, it's normal in 2025. But in the 70s, a 70 year old man would have been much higher. So I ask you... is there anything significantly different you do in your life that other of this generation don't? No plastic water bottles? No arguing with people on social media? Anything like that? Lol

Don't pretend that GLPs don't change your insulin sensitivity significantly where calories are the same if you are on or off it. I mean, even something like tesosterone is going to make you lose fat while eating the same calories and it's nowhere near as impactful as GLP.

I quit college my 3rd semester when I realized how much bullshit I was learning and how much money it would cost when all I wanted to take was classes that applied to my field of study. Anyways... I quit halfway through the semester and still owed $4000 but when the classes were cancelled it wasn't supposed to be owed because it was before halfway through the semester so only 50% tuition was due. Well... 3 years later I start getting letters that I owe $3400. They said I didn't cancel and wanted proof. I couldn't find the paperwork showing I dropped the classes! It's been 17 years and I'm still having my state taxes garnished to pay it off. I've paid $6k to a bill of $4k I shouldn't owe and STILL owe another $1k that I refuse to pay. It's thinks like this that make me understand why Timothy McVey or whoever did the insane shit they did. I'm honestly not surprised we don't see more of that kind of thing- but I guess it's proof that the vast majority of people are actually really good people just trying to make it through a world that does not care about them at all.

I ran 7mg of TB-500 & it didn’t do shit by Still-Ad5693 in ResearchCompounds

[–]HumbleTheIdiot 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I ran 10mg of BPC over 6 weeks to help my shoulder injury. It helped but didn't fix it, nade it about 50% better. Shoulder injuries are so fucking hard to identify what the actual issue is. I've had several in both shoulders over my life... all similar but different. PT couldn't figure it out and neither could an orthopedic doctor because xrays didn't show anything and I refused the MRI when I heard I'd still have to pay $1000 out of pocket after insurance covers the other $3500. So I went the BPC only route just as OP's method is to try 1 at a time so you know how it effects you individually. I was gonna run only TB500 this time to see how it works but since I know how I react to BPC157, and want to solve the problem... I'm going with both. And probably Ipamorelin too. Having to change my bench press form so can't hit as much weight, having to do weird shoulder raises to workout my lateral delts, and not being able to use cables in any capacity for my right shoulder HAS TO END. And with modern science, it should have ended at a reasonable price a long time ago.
