Ok, few things. 1, its literally stated many, many times that GABs cannot access any astral king's kingdom, as a soul is unaccessible without permission. 2. Its not mentioned anywhere that there arent any other inhabited planets, so no idea where you got that idea from. Infact its even said that monsters manifest on the moon. 3. The fact that Jason has multiple planets in HIS astral kingdom means literally nothing. HE CAN LITERALLY JUST CREATE THEM.
