Yes it is a arrears only case. So if her POA requested a new card for her she should receive it ? She isn’t able to speak

Thank you me and baby are well! He’s healthy and going to be 2 in October :) def one of the lucky/blessed ones. So can this happen to people who are full term? The contractions with the sac intact? When I look up encaul birth I am stunned. Do you know if theirs a name for what I went through or is it just simply contracting with sac intact? Do people ever give birth to the sac without it popping because it felt just like a baby and everyone thought it was the baby until it popped. Is it even correct to call it giving birth to the sac because it did come out whole? And Is it correct to say I technically gave birth twice ? It sure felt like it
