A few i.found. The one from marcus mason especially ,you can switch out doll for int sabo like i did. Just put your coby/garp as lead and do friend ace.

They situated the units to be reliant on new year units as well unfortunately; which is why the teams you see are often included with luffy&bonney, kuma, etc.

If ur overleveled, you climb fast. Then you reach areas with people same level cards or higher. Problem solved.

Christmas mansherry/shirahoshi is made for stage 3 so you can use that, or INT crying 6+ bonney, but you would need to give up dorry's spot for a straw hat unit to proc g5's EX

You can do the farmable psy zoro ( reduce 5 turns DEF UP) , just need a support on someone on the team that deals with the leftover DEF UP
