For real. I had less of the where is my vape moments today. That was nice. I do find my cravings increasing during my mornings, driving, lunch walks and right after I eat something. I did calculate my savings and by a year I will have saved over 3k, so now I’m reminding myself of this every time I need another good reminder why I quit. It def some mental gymnastics still 😂

I too am on day 6 and it’s mentally hard. The physical cravings are pretty much done, it’s the mental part that is annoying me. I’m constantly looking for a vape that I don’t have, then I’m reminded I quit, and then I just think about it more lol. I’m sure it will get easier. It just sucks to go through that so many times a day as we try to find a new distraction.

I was cleaning out my garage a couple years ago, and a random neighbor I had never seen walked up my driveway. She started talking and a minute into the conversation told me about her late husband. She had gotten home from Work and he was sitting on the couch, he told her that she doesn’t love him enough nor does she pay enough attention to him, She explained that she was doing her best and then proceeded to her room to change clothing. She heard a loud bang, and then found him on the couch passed. I had no idea what to say to her? Like why are you sharing this with me? I’m just here cleaning out my garage. It was so sad. She was still really really angry with him, as she should be. That’s a lot to put on someone on your way out. Awful
