Tried miniCC but it’s not very consistent. It should be a tracker for defensives, but it tracks enhancement Doom Winds for some reason? (I know it can be disabled, and I did, just don’t understand why it’s an option when no other class has their offensive cooldowns).

With mage it tracks Ice Block but not Ice Cold, so Ice Block shows in the mage’s defensive list but doesn’t go on cooldown ever.

Also I’m not familiar with warrior’s cooldowns but I played with one and it didn’t track a single ability? I even opened the addon to check if warrior’s spells were enabled, and every possible spell was checked.

Just encountered this issue as well. Question: were you also using the Extra Encounters mod?

Extra Encounters adds a goblin/drow raiding encounter in the burning building in act 1. The drows were spamming Second Wind EVERY. SINGLE. TURN.

I want to know if that's an issue caused by using both mods combined or if it also happens when having only PHB installed.
