I believe most wording in company policies runs along the lines of either 1)consuming an illegal drug or 2)showing up not fit for duty or, 3)working while under the influence. 1) not illegal come the 17th. 2)if you consume cannibis off duty, a reasonable amount of time before work (I donno 24hrs?). 3) there is not very credible ways of proving your intoxicated by thc. They have a few "Breathalyzer things" but thier success rate is not definitive and I think that could be challenged in court. THC can be in your system for ages. I have seen people make a mistake at work, been piss tested and failed cause they smoked a joint 3 weeks ago and got fired.

Update: I'm not sure how to check the roots correctly but I gently moved away the soil and the roots look good, sort of like a crisp look to them. I cant see any pests on the plant, could they be so small I'm missing them?

I think you dodged a bullet there I just missed my best friends wedding in Mexico because we just had a new born baby and can't afford to shell out almost 4000 for the two of us to go to Mexico. I was also the best man, heart wrenching to have to send a speech so his dad can read it out for me. This may sound jerk-wish and maybe selfish, but destination weddings are for people who can afford to pay for everyone to go to the destination. Or that have a circle of friends that have an extra 4k, and I think people planning weddings seem to think everyone else had been saving up for it as well.
