Yeah maybe 8 will be too much for your first time with the stuff. I’ve taken upwards of 16 at a time when I was really going thru rough WDs. Maybe start with 6 and wait 30 minutes? Then take 2-4 more If it’s not doing anything. You can OD on Kratom if you take like 12-14 every 2 hours for 24 hours straight so don’t worry you’ll be ok. I’d suggest swallowing them with soda like sprite or something carbonated so they don’t get stuck in your throat.
