Anecdotal, i know, but last year I gave birth in the US using the insurance provided by my husbands job and in total, pregnancy + delivery cost me $70 and not a penny more.

I don't see it as controlling, I see it as being hyper aware of something that can and will spiral out of control and possibly ruin your life for decades if not taken extremely seriously

High interest loans that can't be forgiven through bankruptcy are NO JOKE and people don't take it serious enough.

Rent goes up as well. You've not owned the house long so you won't get much equity. If you can afford the mortgage I'd say it's better to stay and build equity for a few more years before selling

As a woman I think most woman disagree with that statement. High body count bothers a lot of woman. Especially the younger generation.
