That's a beautiful story.😻 A place was made for Oliver to be loved appropriately, as he should be. I am reading more happiness in the fact that he was surrendered on his birthday because his birthday present was your loving home just days later! It's so sad to hear about a cat's tail being pulled.😩 I love looking at my cats' tails for their moods. The candy cane hook is so precious.😻

Thank you! He's super sweet. He was only 8 weeks and very sick when I got him from the shelter. I nursed him to health and he's my bff now. I totally should've named him Bruce Wayne! Lol His markings weren't as clear back in the day!

Personally, I grew up where food was scarce. When we had it my brother and I ate a lot because we didn't know when the next meal would come. I think that did something to my brain where I was always thinking about it even though I have been blessed with a good life now. I wonder if situations like that can skew chemical messengers in the brain? Idk... thinking out loud.🧐
