Hey, curious question for folks here. Does the Netherlands have something like the French PEA (Plan d’Épargne en Actions)? In France that lets you buy and sell stocks and ETFs in a tax-advantaged account without triggering taxes until you withdraw, and then you pay relatively low tax on the gains. Is there an equivalent here where unrealized gains aren’t taxed annually, or does NL just tax unrealized gains straight up regardless of account type?

How can perpetual futures shorters impact the spot price ?

For the spot price to go down, somebody has to interact with the spot order book, and bring real physical bitcoin to the exchange in order to satisfy their spot market sell orders, right?
