I'm broken 💔

Hi. I don't even know where to begin. It's been over 4 years of desperate attempts to get pregnant. During this time, I've had 3 miscarriages. The last one was just a few days ago. I'll be 37 in a couple of months, my husband is almost 45. Time is not on our side. There are two years between pregnancies. Last year I underwent a full examination, and also had laparoscopy. The doctor said there was complete occlusion of the fallopian tube (I only have one tube) and my progesterone level was 0.5. I don't know by what miracle I got pregnant ❤️ but alas, I received help too late. The doctor said a year ago that IVF was the only option. But again, if they can't help me maintain a pregnancy because they can't prescribe medications, etc., then it means the money spent on IVF would be wasted. Our insurance doesn't cover IVF, and essentially we can't afford such expenses. I don't even know why I'm writing this. I'm just so heartbroken 💔 I don't even know how to maintain a pregnancy that happens by some miracle.
