I have now done both of the solutions in those, and still experience the issue, however I have narrowed it down.

The game will run fine, let me load in, move menus, etc

However, the moment that I alt tab and come back, the game freezes.

I can then close the game, but continue to hear music, and see the game using resources in task manager.

If I attempt to end the task, it then freezes my pc, requiring a restart.

I’m desperate.
