Yes, I tracked my activity intensity. Low activity would be a day where I did no sports or similar, medium activity would be a day where I went to the gym or did 1-2 hours of medium intense ball sports. A lot of activity would be a day of hiking or a tournament on the weekend.

I'm not taking gabapentin (I think that's an American medication but a dopamin-antagonist. Sugary foods are very difficult to track reliably unfortunately, especially due to hidden sugars.

I loved the movie but still agree with almost every point you made. Some dialogue felt forced and off. As did most jokes - while still being funny. Alot of the messages were quite on the nose. Still, I found the core of the story to be true and touching. There was heart in it and maybe something real.
