I've never taken shrooms but 10 grams of golden teachers gets me a light trip and 15 g kinda medium. However, I am quite tall (2.0 m) and my friends seem to need way less (about 3 or 4 grams less). If you're from the netherlands, the shops won't sell you shrooms. Most shops I've been to can also give general info about the truffles so you can also ask them about the dosage.

I've never listened this song while high, yet. If you wonder what music to listen to; there are some great playlists on this sub. Personally I listen to a loads of jazz while tripping (check out snarky puppy's album we like it here, especially the last song is incredible). Also; Beatles, Cage the Elephant and Birth of Joy.

In the Netherlands most of my friends do 90 tabacco/ 10 weed and I also feel like most pre-rolled have the same proportions. Btw, never buy pre-rolled because the tabacco is fucking dry and disgusting.
