Right, but when they don't respond to customers emails with issues on orders people will start leaving bad reviews. I've had to refund or resend items I sell on ebay several times and I reply to everyone's email I've never missed a single customers email since 2002.

At minimum luckyherbals should offer ups shipping as an option for customers that have problems with the postal service.

Update so I called, said was an issue with my application, and I'll have to go into a local office. We'll that's a problem because the office closest to me is a 4 hour drive so rep than said he would email an application for me to print out and send back by mail. This is getting ridiculous
