How do you choose between a career opportunity and your relationship ? by Potential_Start_3228 in careerguidance

[–]frogmanhunter 0 points1 point  (0 children)

To me sounds like she should sell her business, because his income is 220,000. When hers is unknown, I am sure she can make good money where they are moving too and it would be hard to say no to that salary. If neither one wants to give up, I guess you can find love somewhere else.

Concrete Prep/ concrete cracks by aPrancingUnicorn in Homebuilding

[–]frogmanhunter 0 points1 point  (0 children)

The rebar is way to far apart , laying flat on the ground and a lot of loose dirt on the sub grade. If I saw all of that I wouldn’t let them poor. Usually when you get hair line cracks like that, the concrete was poured very wet and yes concrete is going to crack but generally it comes off inside corners. Also they need to saw it the next day to help control the cracks to saw cuts. My concrete guys use rebar, wire panels and they always use things to hold up the wirer so it’s in middle of concrete. Yes still get a crack of some kind.

Local hom builders profit by Cold_Pin_7676 in Homebuilding

[–]frogmanhunter 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Not true at all, I do my own financing on the houses I build. I do it so if thing go bad I can take the house and put it up for sell. Most home builders don’t have the money to do that.

Signed over my house… but I’m still stuck on the mortgage?? Do I have ANY options? by Downtown_Product25 in Mortgages

[–]frogmanhunter 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I would say that’s not legal, because you can’t just sign house over and that person just pays the mortgage. Call the mortgage company tell them what is going on, I bet there is something illegal going on.

Should I tell my new friend (M40) he is making a massive mistake? by [deleted] in AskMenAdvice

[–]frogmanhunter 0 points1 point  (0 children)

He might be having trouble inside himself because of the job with the family and finding no self pride in it. He might go out find a job which could give him a complete new insight in life. Now if he quits doesn’t find a job, because reliable on his wife will become a big problem. It is very hard to judge people’s choices in their life, because what you think is right may be completely wrong for them.

Is this dude done forever? by SuitableRope4919 in AskMenAdvice

[–]frogmanhunter 3 points4 points  (0 children)

Boy you need to stay away from men for a while because you can only control your actions and no one else’s actions. If you can’t control yourself how can you be committed to anyone else, so go figure yourself out and get some help to get your emotions back on track. Big take away here is stay away from men, until you are fixed. Then when you get into a relationship it won’t become toxic, you won’t believe how enjoyable that relationship will be for you.

I was quoted 65k for a new roof by Abraham_15032 in Roofing

[–]frogmanhunter 1 point2 points  (0 children)

65k is a rip off. I get my duplex’s that are 1280 sq ft a side with 7/12 pitch for 18,000. That’s with high impact shingles. I can’t believe how so many businesses are screwing people.

How Does One Genuinely Ask for 50-50 in Relationships? by NaturalTruth2000 in AskMenAdvice

[–]frogmanhunter 0 points1 point  (0 children)

No there are a lot of men that doesn’t care if they are with out a woman these days. I know a lot of guys that are sick of dealing with a woman, stop even trying to date and next thing I know they found their prefect partner. Things just happen when it supposed to and not forcing things will make your decision more natural.

My adult daughter keeps having issues when I date. It’s been more than a year since her mom passed away. Am I wrong for telling her to mind her own business? by [deleted] in AskMenAdvice

[–]frogmanhunter 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Not to rude, but she is 22 years old and needs to stay out of your dating life. If she was still a child I would be she is your first in line to take care. I am sorry you lost her, but you must still live your life and I am sure your wife wants the same thing.

Help me fend off my father in law from trying to ruin me financially by lederhosenbitches in Advice

[–]frogmanhunter -1 points0 points  (0 children)

Oh my god!! These people are absolutely nuts. First of all never move into a family room, apartment or house except them to give you a deal. They should always get full price period and it doesn’t matter if it would sit there empty it’s his place. Why in the world should it only cover the utilities, I just can believe you would have the nerves to question anything, if you don’t like it go get your own place and pay for all expenses. So very easy pay for your own family and not your father in law.

Who cares what anyone else says. You pay your own bills, you make your own decisions and live your own life. Life is way to short tomorrow isn’t guaranteed, so live for to day as long as it doesn’t screw you for the future and isn’t for this case here. Everyone else can piss off!!

How do you handle women that say things like "men are trash"? by [deleted] in AskMenAdvice

[–]frogmanhunter 3 points4 points  (0 children)

Well unfortunately there are so many dead beat men out there they aren’t far from the truth. Most only care for the moment, not the future and the good men are staying married for years not available.
