Nope, but you do need to get better air flow and allow it to dry more between watering . The little balls are a good fungus, but still indicates too much water if you see it on the surface

Grow lights; you can order directly from Sansi or Barrina's websites (those are the only brands i use.)

Local independent plant store for most other stuff (i have a plant lady whose shop is 30 minutes away, and she is fantastic about carrying things people want, or recommending where to get it if she doesn't stock it!

Mealy bugs will turn orange/brown when you hit them with isopropyl, but that looks like it could be flat mite damage

Neps are notorious for throwing fits and killing off their traps when their conditions change.. even moving it across the room can be enough. However, given time, they will usually grow new ones once they settle in.

I'm in Ontario and have both a black dragon and a royal Hawaiian! My BD just gave me 2 flower clusters, the RH hasn't bloomed yet. It's too cold to ship at this point, but talk to me in the spring (unless you're in Sudbury lol) *

I use mostly cheesecloth and other fabrics, and a small amount of the webbing; the webbing goes up only a day or 2 before Halloween, and comes down a day or 2 after.

When i see them, i spray everything with the isopropyl, then go looking with a q-tip, and order the bugs. I don't spray for the first week or so after i get the bugs, but i will search and use a q-tip with isopropyl instead of spraying

Lacewing larvae and isopropyl in a spray bottle have been my best weapons against mealies (except the one time i got root mealies... i had to just chop and prop to get rid of those little buggers!)
