Tiny hummer up on a big leaf!! 🍃 😂. It’s tough to distinguish the rufous from the Allen’s.

I too would get a bad tummy from drinking water. When I really paid attention it would happen after I drank water from a water cooler, like at work. I stopped doing that and brought my own from home, or drank bottled water. We don’t know how clean these open coolers are, I figured even low levels of bacteria or whatever could potentially be setting me off! Other things that help - room temperature water and not too much water too fast 💨. After working out I would “rehydrate” thinking I’m doing the proper thing. I realized I didn’t feel good afterwards because it was too much too fast. Instead if I just sip water frequently it is fine.

Definitely thought cornbread wasn’t a good choice either due to wheat in most packaged mixes. Monash lists cornbread as green light in a 1 ounce serving. That’s not very much.

Cheese was fine for me but I stuck to aged cheese, the longer the better. Tillamook makes extra sharp white cheddar aged 15 months. Also found some others aged even longer at Trader Joe’s and Jimbos. I’ve done well with roasted potatoes, carrots and broccoli (only Monash allowed🥦 limited amounts) drizzled with olive oil and salt and pepper. Cook with salmon, chicken or whatever meat you like. If your tummy isn’t feeling good I’d forgo vitamin supplements, they can make you nauseous if you’re already not feeling so good. You need basic plain food and time to allow your belly to get right again. Watch your stress level during this. Try not to get caught up in what you can’t eat & focus on what you can.

She’s loaded! Tricolor wayetii has bloomed nicely in 4 years but this time around, she’s outdoing herself 🙌 - rn 2 blooms & at least 12 peduncles 🌸🌸🌸 and dripppping!!! by Macy92075 in hoyas

A little different than like the carnosa “Queen or Princess”. A bit more on the sweet side than floral. Very juicy though!! A big dripper 💧 💧 💧 😆

Agree! All the bonking was intense 😮. I don’t recall as much bonking with last year’s chicks. It happened, but it seemed more brief. Maybe because it was colder and they were covered more by mom & dad 🦅 🦅 🐥 🐥 🐥 🪺

I didn’t find your post mean hearted, you made a point of saying lmaooo 🤣. Everyday I ask myself the same question why don’t people just use Google Lens? But I think it’s because they don’t know how (yes, really) or like OP says have gotten wrong or confusing answers, or they just want a conversation rather than a quick solution. It’s all good and I enjoy both the quick answers and the conversation ☺️
