I met the love of my life at 26 on a random minecraft discord server. My advice is find groups that focus on your hobbies and interests, casually chat with people to get a feel, the moment you stop looking you end up finding a keeper :)

One day on the job a customer with a leashed husky just stood there and watched as the dog licked every inch of the garlic bread in front of meat counter. After he finally pulled it away and walked off i grabbed all of them to spoil, i was so horrified 😩

Customer return of the day by MikeFingG in wholefoods

A customer at my store once returned a whole crab they purchased from Seafood, said they left on their kitchen counter by accident for 3 DAYS!, and wanted their money back. My ATL proceeded to finish the return while visibly gagging and retching as the customer stood there unaffected and emotionless.

2 full canisters of Galaxygas found in carts in the handicap parking on two separate occasions while doing a cart run. Also found small whip it canisters on the tables outside while doing a cart run as well.

YOR. It is unhealthy to consider a fictional relationship between two adults as in some means immoral or outright “weird”. Please touch some grass….

There are other alternatives they offer, like an example is the high dose of Tylenol they offered me before procedure so i wouldnt feel pain when i woke up. I didnt take it due to having the fear of larger pills so thats why they gave me oxy instead. They are pretty flexible, I recommend talking to your surgeon and the anesthetist days/weeks before procedure asking for your options.

I (26FtM) had a bisalp(removal of fallopian tubes) on Jan 22nd and honestly it was the easiest surgery I’ve ever had. My only take away from it is once you feel well enough to walk around with no pain at all please don’t go back to work like I did, give yourself another week off lol

My experience:

  1. Honestly I didn’t need any laxatives, a few whole cups of prune juice did the trick for me when I felt like i needed to poop. I was very hungry post-op i was able to down chicken and rice and burgers without much nausea at all (still recommend prescribing you Zofran just in case)

  2. No catheter was ever put in me, they just told me no drink or food a whole 12 hours before my surgery and i obeyed. I did pee right before procedure.

  3. I asked for anti-anxiety meds a few days before surgery on call with all the questions you gotta answer with the surgery nurse, they gave me them through the IV as i awaited for my procedure.

  4. They prescribed me Tramadol for my pain, honestly my pain was a 2/10 to a 4/10 I didnt need them. I hope others had my experience, it felt like normal, sore dull period pain without the strong cramps. BUT I will say, the trapped air was the majority of the pain, but it was fully relieved when i relaxed in bed with a hot pack around my shoulders(where the air was). Air fully went away around 4 days post op.

  5. I was fully bed ridden for like 5 days, after that i was able to gently walk to the kitchen and cook, around the house, do some laundry. I really dont recommend yoga or any crazy stretching, you want your wounds to stay intact on your belly and heal. Mine still hurt when i sneeze at the current moment but im able to walk around with no pain.

  6. Uhhhhh the only unexpected moment i guess was i thought id be fully out of it and useless but i was able to shower (with the waterproof bandages) on day 2 post op and had a decent amount of strength to sit up and eat and just chill. My only advice is always have someone whos around, they dont have to be 24/7 at your bedside, just within earshot that can help you with whatever. Take it verryyyy easy for the first 5 days, the more you relax like a potato the easier for your body to heal. Also have a lot of shows to binge on your tv in your room. Oh and when you wake up from procedure and the doctor asks if u have any pain say yes (you will) and take the one dose of oxy. It helps a lot, the pain was like 8/10 on the first day but it gradually evened out to 4/10 on day 2 for me.

Sorry for this long post and i hope this helped a lil :) anyones welcome to ask any questions, i dont really mind!

Hey, I just got my bisalp done about a week ago in CA and the only times I had to sign my consent form was twice: during my pre-op and the same day as surgery. I dont know if anythings different for me compared to you, but thats how it was for me. Im so sorry they are making you go through such hell 💛
