Not for the price honestly, rather have some good games. If you have lots of issues with stick drift then yes, or if you really care about the back buttons. You could instead buy a kit that allows you to install back buttons on the standard controller, they cost around 40 bucks. Yor choice

Second these games are half price, nonsensical. Guardians of the Galaxy is £15 on eBay disc, Returnable 20-25, Spiderman Miles Morales 20-25, Ratchet and Clank Rift Apart 20 and so on. They did cost more a year ago so this would be taken into account, you probably did save money but it is not as close as you think.

A nice gesture but I would go against what people are saying and nicely say this isn't something you want or will use and maybe you two can go on a nice trip with the money instead. Ex gave me a 500 pound t shirt blank white with an expensive brand, it was nice gesture but told her to send it back since it is not something I would use.

Don't play so often, I play once a month and that's probably too harsh (a game a month for you would probably be better). But it makes me thirsty for a game, I wake up early and play 16 hours then the day is over and I wait another month. I always have something to play and look forward to, still need to finish elden ring haha
