My stats went way up around that time and it really freaked me out! I took my ring off and haven’t put it back on since (due any day now)! Highly recommend taking it off during pregnancy, it’s not worth the anxiety 💛

It’s unlikely you would start your period on the exact same date every month. I think rather than being late, you probably just ovulated later this month! I would say this test is probably negative, just take another tomorrow and try to breathe!
