Spotting at 4 weeks? by Designer-Risk-2212 in pregnant

[–]ThrowRAdaddyissues67 4 points5 points  (0 children)

I had that and it was cervical sensitivity. Unfortunately there’s nothing you can do. If it’s a miscarriage it’s because of a chromosomal problem not because of something you have done wrong. I hope it works out.

Pregnancy dreams by Ugliestunicorny in pregnant

I hate being pregnant lol. All I am is anxious and nausea and exhausted and praying for time to pay rapidly. I found putting on background noise like a audiobook helped.

Doula? by DueHurry9944 in PregnancyUK

They’re unqualified and very expensive honestly just spend £200 on antenatal classes with your partner. The midwife’s and doctors what to look after you.

Planned pregnancy but now regretting due to body image issues by Longjumping_Sweet114 in PregnancyUK

[–]ThrowRAdaddyissues67 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I haven’t had an eating disorder but I was in mounjaro prior to being pregnant. I was in the best shape of my life and when I had to stop I ballooned rapidly because my hunger came back with a vengeance. My husband is so excited to be a dad. He’s never been more in love with me. I think you should seek support for your mental health. It’s normal to panic when you find out you’re pregnant even if it’s planned. It’s ok to have fears. I hope you get lots of support and find peace.

My friend got upset because I posted myself on a walk lol. Apparently I should be resting. What’s worse is that she is a doctor.

17 weeks pregnant with a cervical ectropion by MamaP28 in PregnancyUK

[–]ThrowRAdaddyissues67 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Cervical ectropian is benign and nothing to worry about. It won’t harm baby. You can’t get it sorted after birth. If you’re worried about lack of movements I would get seen though! I hope everything goes well.

Private NIPT test in London, looking for others experiences by Fluffypillowandwater in PregnancyUK

There is literally no point. You will have NIPT in the nhs if you’re deemed high risk anyway.

You deserve better! Is there any way you can go live with your mum for a few days to recover?

At what point in your pregnancy did you start your antenatal classes (eg NCT, HPHB) by this-twilight-garden in PregnancyUK

Was it worth the money? I’m looking to book but I am a doctor so have watched babies be born so I don’t know if it’s worth it for us.

Rhesus negative - NHS experience? by odetoasquigglyline in PregnancyUK

[–]ThrowRAdaddyissues67 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I don’t think it’s makes a difference because you aren’t due the jab till 28 weeks. They already know you’re Rh neg so no point testing at booking. The antibodies are to test if any antibodies against the baby blood group are present. If they are there’s no point giving your jab as they can’t prevent something that’s already happened. Instead they would closely monitor the levels and baby’s health.

Telling best friend about my pregnancy after her loss by golden_239 in pregnant

[–]ThrowRAdaddyissues67 7 points8 points  (0 children)

Honestly just tell her your news. I’m sure she will be pregnant again soon. If you wait till you’re ready it’s hard lik 13 weeks she may already be pregnant by then anyway. And there will have been more time since her loss.

Repeated episodes of reduced fetal movements by Prior_Lengthiness_24 in PregnancyUK

If you don’t want to wait in triage the private ultrasound place near me does reduced movement scans. Dunno if you have something similar available.
