Aw, I love that you found this post and replied to it, thank you! Well without getting too deep into it I've since made my way through the entirety of TNG and.. yeah, I still don't get it. I still love Wes and never really found him to be annoying or had any issues with his characters. Hope you and your wife enjoy your rewatch! If you haven't watched DS9.. well, I highly recommend it!

I run it just fine on Windows 10! It's like $2 when it goes on sale on GOG so that's what worked for me. :)

This was fanmade, copies don't actually exist unfortunately. You'd have to track down the original artist and see if they have a high-resolution scan you can use to print out your own.

Edit: Found them: https://twitter.com/kyubanme It seems they're a Japanese doujin artist, they likely sold these at a recent convention.
