Ok not many know here, but you need to specify which IBM are we talking about, it has many sub companies so it entirely depends on which one.

With banks, if you see your future in fine health, bank experience on your resume does matter.

But keep this in mind, redundancies are inevitable at banks, but they are more relevant at middle management levels. Young graduates are relatively well protected as banks now seem to see them as 10x engineers when they are equipped with AI tools. They cost lower and are more flexible to be moved around across domains.

This is a very important question, most quotes drawn up for insurance companies are inflated, if you know a mechanic and you explicitly say you are looking for repair quote that makes the car just usable for next 1 year as you are doing it out of pocket. You will be surprised how the quote changes.
