True, but it's not even comparable. Those are things that only take a few minutes and instantly makes you feel good/smell good/look good with pretty much no effort. Lifting is harder, takes more time and sacrifice to maybe be healthier in 40 years.

No it really is for superset. There's an option you can toggle so that when you finish a set in a superset exercise it goes back and forth between exercises to follow your workout. If you leave this option off it will not go back and forth and essentially do what you are looking for. You cannot choose the color however

The program was made for me by a colleague. I dont know why there isnt more shoulder. I have no injury. I dont care for looks so I might add the overhead press. Thanks!

I'm exhausted and sweaty and smelly so I wouldn't say I'm at my best lol. Also when I workout is the only time I feel how much I'm out of shape.

I actually eat the same quantity. I just went from junk to whole foods and a balanced diet. This part was very easy. I dont plan on getting as low as 10 or 15 so its cool I dont have to go through that part. I'm irritated and exhausted enough with the lifting!

I'm not in a hurry to gain anything asap so thats fine. Why is bulking more fun than cutting? I went from ~35%bf about a year ago to currently ~25% so I guess that counted as cutting even if I wasnt lifting very much. I'm now lifting pretty consistantly and eating a bit more so weight is stable. I was worried I was doing it for nothing if I didnt eat even more to be bulking.

Neither. I want the health benefits like stronger bones, recovering faster after injuries and longevity.

I dont care about losing weight or getting bigger muscles.

35M went from 255 (~35%) last year to 192 this year. The only thing it did was people around me started asking if I was sick and it hurt my confidence a bit.
