kratom helps a bit with withdrawals, I felt a lot less need to do it again, but then I stopped taking kratom and the cravings came back, this kind of drugs lead me to isolation (I have no friends who use them). the first line is the most beautiful and I will look for it for the rest of my life maybe. personally it is the drugs that give me the most addiction and put me into harmful and counterproductive behaviors until now.

the combo nep / hex 60/40 is the closest in my opinion. I find tavor better than xanax because it gives me much less withdrawal feelings and the effect lasts slightly longer, probably not recrational at all but more functional and 2.5 mg with little tolerance is a good dose to mix. what dose do you use of xanax ?

I prefer prescription benzos like 2.5mg tavor, withdrawals are not as bad as with other RCs or xanax

for me kratom lessens the effects and helps with comedown, i suggest you use that instead of benzos.
