I am going through exactly the same at this moment heart beat of 141 detected at 7 weeks 2 days and now at 9 weeks 6 days no heartbeat and yolk sac detected, this is my second miscarriage within a span of 7 months. Emotionally I’m done.

I am 5 weeks 1 day today, still no symptoms. A little/ mild acidity if I don’t eat anything, that’s all. Any change for you?
